Sales Strategy and Intelligence is a capability partner to General Mills Sales teams across the globe. This team of Subject Matter Experts, Analysts, and Consultants own diverse experience, passions, and broad skillsets which is the recipe for our success. We strive for excellence while having a ton of fun!
So, what do we do? We help our teams to sell better, globally! We drive results by diving deep into the data and providing actionable insights to the business. Right from Data analytics to creating impactful visualization to acing the new age technologies, we work closely with Sales, Category, Brand, Trade, SRM, and cross-functional teams for each part of the Sales lifecycle.
Our capabilities are:-
Sales Execution:- We partner with global teams for Sales planning, driving efficiency, Automation, tracking Business Performance, and optimizing solutions for enabling BIC sales execution.
Trade and Strategic Revenue Management:- This team builds advanced analytical solutions through its strategic ownership of projects on Pricing, Promotions, competitive landscape, and Strategic Revenue Management levers, thus improving and impacting the P&L for the Organization.
OMNI Category Management:- The team provides category insights and shelf intelligence to win at retailers. The team not only has aced our Planogramming capabilities but also provides a broad spectrum of solutions targeting Assortment and Distribution Studies.
E-Commerce:- The team partners with the Brand teams to enable capitalizing on ecommerce opportunities by providing the team with overall E-Comm health-check of category and help identify opportunities to action on.
We continue to advance in our journey by identifying Whitespaces and thereby adapting to evolving Business Needs. We are borderless counterparts to our teams based out of the US/ Canada/ Asia /EuAu & LatAm markets.
This team is highly flexible and dynamic to adapt to change & uncertain environments. Along with the Organization, Sales Strategy and Intelligence continue to evolve by continuously engaging people in a culture of learning, growing & belonging, accelerating the building of new capabilities in an agile fashion to fuel the organization’s vision of being an undisputed leader in food.
